Ingredients
1 lb. baby carrots
1/4 cup golden raisins (optional)
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions
  1. Steam carrots and raisins on stovetop or in microwave oven until tender; drain.
  2. Stir in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with almonds. Serve hot.
NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
