Ingredients
- 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped - 1/2 cup ketchup - 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or pancake syrup - 2 Tbsp. white vinegar - 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar - 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce - 2-1/2 to 3 lbs. baby back ribs or spareribs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in small saucepan over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in ketchup, syrup, vinegar, brown sugar and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes.
Arrange ribs in broiler pan without the rack. Pour maple sauce over ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until ribs are done, basting once with sauce*. Slice between ribs with knife and toss with sauce in bottom of pan.
*Or grill an additional 10 minutes or unti ribs are done, basting once.
