Ingredients
1 lb. asparagus
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; arrange in 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Roast 20 minutes or until asparagus are tender. Garnish, if desired, with grated lemon peel and serve with lemon wedges.

NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
