Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 lb.)
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch ground black pepper
Pinch ground ginger
Pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
Pinch ground cloves (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°. Bake potatoes 45 minutes or until very soft. Peel potatoes. Mash potatoes in large bowl, then blend in remaining ingredients. Spoon onto serving plates or pipe through a pastry bag to serve.

NOTE: Recipe can be doubled.
