- 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 lb.) - 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread - 2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar - 1/2 tsp. salt - Pinch ground black pepper - Pinch ground ginger - Pinch ground nutmeg (optional) - Pinch ground cloves (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°. Bake potatoes 45 minutes or until very soft. Peel potatoes. Mash potatoes in large bowl, then blend in remaining ingredients. Spoon onto serving plates or pipe through a pastry bag to serve.
NOTE: Recipe can be doubled.
