Ingredients
1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
2 Tbsp. finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 in. long), halved lengthwise
Instructions

Blend all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Evenly spread bread with sun-dried tomato mixture.

Arrange bread on baking sheet and broil until golden. Slice and serve.
