Ingredients
3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Light Spread, melted
1-1/4 lbs. small red new potatoes, rinsed and quartered
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves or 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

In shallow roasting pan, combine all ingredients. Roast, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender and golden brown.
